Schneider NSX Reflex Tripping

There is confusion in the industry about Schneider's NSX Reflex Tripping capability and whether this is an adjustable setting or not.

After researching the subject and communicating with Schneider's experts, the clear answer is that Reflex Tripping is NOT a device setting and cannot be adjusted.

NSX Reflex Tripping is an integrated behavior of the device that improves its disconnection capabilities. See more here: https://www.se.com/eg/en/faqs/FA320301/

Please note that reflex tripping is not new. It existed before, even at the very old Merin Gerin breakers, to provide increased selective/discrimination capabilities between the breakers. See below the relevant information from an old Merlin Gerin catalog and also the same information from the old and new ComPacT catalogs.
