The software checks that the ultimate breaking capacity of the circuit's protective device (Icu) is not less than the maximum phase fault current at the starting point. 


Recommendation to resolve the error:

Revise the circuit's protective device breaking capacity. Also make sure the upstream circuits have been set correctly.
