Wiring - High Level/Low Level Wiring

I have an installation where the Submain Cable running between 2 DB's, installed at high level and then drops to underground.

Any advice on how to enter these 2 installation levels in CAD plan as a single cable?

From the properties on the right hand side, you can edit the elevation of each cable section, if you are working on the same floor/electrical layer.

If you have multiple floor layers, again from the properties on the right hand side you can add extra cable length, see the image attached.
